V-BELTS WARRANTY INFORMATION
Standard: Limited Lifetime Warranty
Adventry Corp guarantees all Multi V-Belts for use in non-commercial, light duty, on-highway vehicles to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for life to the original purchaser of the Multi V-Belt(s). This warranty is void if a part defect is caused by improper use, improper installation, or the failure of an associated part. Products are not warranted nor recommended for use in manned or unmanned aviation or life support applications. Any item that is proved to be defective during the warranty period will be replaced by Adventry Corp. This is the sole remedy for breach of warranty.
Adventry Corp does not cover any claims associated with labor or alleged damages that may have been incurred from a part failure. All other warranties, expressed or implied, are expressly disclaimed.
Adventry Corp disclaims all responsibility to the extent permitted by applicable law for product defect(s) resulting from failure to replace products in a routine maintenance interval as specified by the original equipment manufacturer.
All claims must be submitted in writing, show proof of purchase, and include the failed component.
